The dining area is a cozy little area open to the kitchen. It has an overhead hanging lamp. (In the photos I actually have it pinned high.) The table is optional. (We just have it here for show and we can remove it for you if you have your own furniture.) It includes a large window to allow outside sunlight in, and two (2) AC outlets on either wall. I added additional shelving to the corner wall area for small things and/or for trinkets and similar decorative stuff.

You'll notice that the rear corner area even has a small countertop with an under-counter cabinet. This entire assembly can actually be removed, if desired, to allow for additional dining room floor space. (When my mother originally purchased the mobile home, I asked the maintenance people if they could create that for her for some additional storage and counter space. I also told them not to permanently anchor it so that it could be easily removed, if desired, to make room for a larger table for holiday occasions when extra family visited.)
