Exterior Description
This is a larger-sized single-wide mobile home 16-feet wide by 76-feet long.
(Note that this measurement is with the towing hitched REMOVED.) Exterior has
off-white-colored vinyl siding, and green shutters which frame all of the
windows. The skirting is comprised of interlocking white vinyl sleeves that are
easily removable. Includes wooden garden hose rack near the water main.
Good-sized front patio with small garden area bordering one side. Sidewalk
leading to two-car parking apron. Lot 114 is located near the SE corner
edge of the community, cozily placed near the forest edge, and includes a large
back yard area. The image on the right was taken last year just before we
moved out when we were doing a little bit of landscaping. The photo on the
left is how the home appears now, less the solar sidewalk lights, tiki torches,
plants, picnic table, and umbrella.
Here, the image on the left is a view of the landscaping as it appeared from
the front door. It's amazing how nice the place looked with just a little bit
of minor landscaping. Really! All it takes is a couple of cheap lawn chairs,
a couple of ferns, a few potted plants in the garden area. Throw in a few tiki
torches, a picnic table with umbrella, and border the sidewalk with a few solar
lights, and it looks really nice. The image on the RIGHT is how it all
appeared at night with everything lit up.
A Word About The Local Nature and Environment
Whitney Mobile home Park is nestled in among forest and a variety of wildlife,
which includes deer, wild turkeys, small jack rabbits, large birds such as
owls, eagles, and hawks, and even tiny birds such as the hummingbird, which
I've seen get as small as an inch and buzz my ear! You won't have to go much
farther than your own porch to find them. If you like nature, then Whitney
Mobile Home Park is for you.
I really liked living in amongst the forested park atmosphere at night,
listening to all the sounds of the animals. And in the morning, the birds would
begin chirping as the sun began to rise. It was really nice.
Here are a couple of example videos to show this...

I loved the sights and the sounds associated with living in Whitney MHP.
I was living in a mobile park that is only a land zone description away from
a real Park. It included all SORTS of wildlife - deer, large owls, eagles,
hawks, egrets, ducks, wild turkeys, raccoons, foxes, a rare bear on occasion,
the ponds even had a few alligators. And the sounds of the birds in the
morning was just beautiful.
