Log of Web Page Hits - Angie Enyedi - March-July, 2010

I include at the beginning of this log some hits which seem to have precipitated the hits from NWS-JAX, and showing an apparent direct contact connection going on from one IP to another - one place to another. It was also interesting to see all the hits between Jeff Capehart and Leila Lindsey immediately after Leila had desperately tried to convince me on the phone that there was no contact going on between her and Jeff. She made me suspicious because of how hard she was trying to convince me that that wasn't going on. See, Jeff has been told that I want no association with him and that he is not to discuss anything anymore about myself, or about Alachua County SKYWARN. I had fired him from his Asst. Coordinator position at Alachua County SKYWARN for being insubordinate and insistent and doing things his own way and behind my back, and often getting me into trouble for the things he was doing and blaming me for his own mistakes. He argued, and tried to use subterfuge tactics to try to force me to do things his way. He'd gotten me into serious trouble with local Emergency MAnagement and with the NWS. He often tried to work low-browed people up and to get them to harass me. He used to ruing my phone off the hook trying to get me to pick it up and if I did he would make demands. I told him that if he didn't leave me alone and that if I discovered that he was still trying to cause me problems, then I would call the police on him and get a restraining order. After this, Jeff would try to use gullible people to try to get information from me or about me. He would convince people to act like my friend and "work" me. Melissa Royce was one, for example.

The IP logs helped to show contradictions in things that Leila was saying. She insisted that she was not in contact with Jeff. But yet, I would see simultaneousl hits to certain harassment-related pages that we'd discussed immediately after talking about them on the phone. I was very cautious with how much sensitive information (at the time) that I was handing her, too, because she seemed a little "too" nice and "too" agreeable - as if she was trying to garner as much intel as she could from me for sharing with someone...Jeff, most likely. It reminded me all too well of how Melissa Royce used to operate all too closely. She wasn't aware that I had counters on my pages and that I could see these contacts going on between them almost live, almost as soon as I would get off the phone with her, and sometimes at near the same time that she'd be sending me emails.

It all ended up, though, culminating in some interesting hits, apparently from Angie Enyedi, who, after some obvious communication with them, began researching my blog VERY frantically...

(Oh and, my assertion that the hits from ACOEM were actually coming from Jeff Capehart by remoting into ACOEM was something was previously ascertained using various forms of "toybox trapping" methods in earlier months. Also, "NWS Southern Region HQ" is NWS-JAX. Thier internet use goes through the NWS server in SR HQ.)

Tuesday - March 23, 2010 (Day of Columbia Co. spotter training class)

[ Looks like this guy's searches may have started some hits from NWS Southern Region HQ. They obviously called Jeff and checked things out w/him on the phone, it appears. Angie also began checking things out kinda frantically at ALL hours. All very interesting. ...Guilty conscience? Unknown if the Hughes guy called the NWS, or if Leila simply asked Angie what the ACS stuff was about at the class, or what. (Angie shot me an uncharacteristically mean look during this last spotter training class, which a number of people noted considering how previously Angie and I always seemed to get along just fine.) Another interesting thing too that these IP logs tend to show is how people always seem to go STRAIGHT to Jeff for answers for some reason, completely avoiding the victim for any answers. WTF, man. People are assholes to leave out the people being affected and to propogate the stupidity by going to the people causing all of the problems, instead. -Todd ]

[ Again giving away some sort of contact with Leila, there are LOTS of hits suddenly today from NWS SR HQ (aka NWS-JAX); and I assume either Dave Donnelly (which I kinda doubt because his hits occur just WAY, WAY, WAY too numerously)' OR, as I suspect to be more likely the case, this is Jeff Capehart (remoting into ACOEM computer w/out their knowledge, using the ARES/RACES computer in the ARES/RACES Room to "borrow" thier IP address and thus disguise his own IP so as to get past multiple IP blocks that I have in place specifically to keep him out); and what appears may actually be Angie Enyedi, herself... -Todd ]

[ ...A couple of hits from Jeff Capehart, using ACOEM's computers. Why do I think this is Jeff? A number of months ago I actually caught Jeff using MULTIPLE different, mostly UF-owned, IP addresses being used to visit my harassment-related pages. The IPs were used SO much that they called attention to themsleves and I investigated and set up some fancy "traps" and it didn't take long before it becames apparent wat was happening. Jeff had been told to stay away. But he's a man who cannot do without information. He's obsessive-compulsive about it, in fact. And he'll use people and various slick methods, to get it, any way he can. I used to notice it in him before - how he'd always try to use me to get information out of others. So much so that after a while you begin to realize what he's doing. Once YOU catch on, he just goes to someone else to try to get it. He also likes to share information back and forth between people to watch reactions. He's a sadistic and cunning son of a bitch. These could be hits from Donnelly, or hits from Phil Royce. But I think it more likely these are from Jeff. The M.O. fits his recent past actions. And remember that in February 2009 I personally nailed him hacking into the AC-EMWIN server computer, and he later admitted it to me... -Todd ]

[ A number of hits today from someone in Jacksonville. Probably another NWS-JAX employee that Angie entrusted with it. Since they'd probably not want to let this out too much, and to try to keep control of it, if she tells anyone, I would suspect that it would be Al and Steve, but no further. I'd be curious to see if she lets her husband in on it, considering that this all started the night she flirted with me after the spotter class in 2005, telling me that she wanted a divorce from Matt. This should prove interesting to watch unfold. "PLEASE don't tell anyone!", Angie kept repeating to me. "I don't want this to get back to Matt. I'm really confused right now and I just don't know WHAT I'm thinking at right now", she added. I remember that I told her to calm down and think about what she was saying, that this was something everybody goes through and that in a short while she'll wonder why she thought all this. I wonder if she ever told HIM how she wanted a divorce. -Todd ]

[ Hits from 1 AM all the way to nearly 3 AM from NWS SR HQ!!! OMG! These people are REALLY worried about my blog! You know, too?...I'm not scared, either. I'm actually happy. Why? Because it means that someone may contact the authorities, now, or contact a lawyer, and start something official. These people truly believed that I was the bad guy, and took actions in official capacity in the name of the NWS which caused me harm. They may well try to start some form of legal or criminal process. And when that happens, I'll get my day in court with these people that I've tried and failed to get before because of how many friends in public places that these people had. I'll *have* my investigation, and everything that was done to me will come to public light, defacto, becauser that's the nature of the legal system. Everything is placed up for public viewing. Knowing MY bad damned luck and how it usually goes, though, they'll be smart enough to *realize* that, and nothing will happen at all because they WON'T report anything in order to try to HIDE what they did. (sigh). Be interesting to see how this psychology plays out, here. Psychopaths like to dominate their victims and terrorize them, and remind them who "God" really is. They often do it with a tunnel vision focus and they forget to watch their six, and/or they do things or leave little pieces of evidence which can then eventually be used to nail them... -Todd ]

[ ...It's occuring to me that these are probably friends of Angie, using their resources to try to dig up "dirt" for her, is the only guess I can fathom, here. Unbelievable. Can't attack based on any of the actual merits set forth in the blog, so she's resorting to trying to attack non-issues off to the side? I SUPPOSED it's kinda confidence-building, actually. If she's looking for dirt, it means she has no other real case against any of the things said in my blog, and she's scared of what's going to happen as a result of what she did and the things that she said which then caused me so much personal pain and problems. [ ...NOTE: Not too long after threat of legal process to Lender Processing Services on May 7th, 2010, it is interesting to note that all hits from NWS-JAX *and* LPS stopped completely and nearly simultaneously. This to me implies a concurrent knowledge of the situation between both agencies. There have been NO further hits from NWS-JAX *since* that time, because I think both suddenly realized that their hits were being monitored. This means I can now show verifiable proof that the NWS was looking VERY hard at my harassment-related pages, and did nothing, started no investigations, and ASKED nothing of me about it. In fact, nothing was done at ALL in response. No requests to remove them, to cease and desist with the blog, to remove names, no threat of legal response, no threat of restraining orders or C&Ds. Nothing at all. This to me implies guilty conscience, fear of word getting out, and then as a result of that, fear of inquiries and investigations, loss of careers, and finally lawsuits, etc. I feel extremely confident that if anyone has contacted any lawyers about this stuff, that the advice from those lawyers has probably been something along the lines as follows:

"If just one TENTH of what this guy is saying in his blog is TRUE, then you are ALL up shit creek without a paddle and you'll will have ZERO defense! You did things under the table, without knowledge or permission of upper echolon, there's no documentation to back up what you did, no pens to paper or signatures, no reasons given, no authorizations given, no proof of proper legal process, no proof of due process followed so as to protect this guy's civil rights. You kept him out of the loop in fact, didn't listen to him when he said he was being stalked and harassed by the hams, didn't try to help him, and then you caused an innocent person quite a LOT of REPEATED harm and humiliation as a result of your irresponsible actions - from NWS, from EM, from the police, from civilian organizations. You destroyed his name, his reputation, his credibility everywhere. And then when you found out that you were COMPLETELY wrong in your intelligence, you did nothing to make up for it, and didn't even try to apologize or make up for what you did. You've involved a LOT of government agencies in taking actions against this guy, then you found out you were wrong; and now THOSE agencies are ALSO liable as a result of what you did. Our BEST legal advice is to just shut up and not to say a GOD-DAMNED THING; and to best leave it all alone and HOPE BY GOD that nobody else in upper echolon in the Department of Commerce, at NWS HQ, at the Federal Division of Emergency Management, or even in the FCC sees any of this and asks for a fuller, more detailed investigation of what happened! Because if THAT happens, you can ALL kiss your asses, AND your retirement pensions good bye, and expect to have to work at Wendy's for the rest of your lives to support your families, because you will NEVER be able to work at another government job ever again. ...And that's IF you all don't end up in JAIL for the things that you all pulled, together!"

Pfbt. (Waves hand.) I'm REALLY scared that someone's gonna get a cop or a lawyer and MAKE me shut up. (yawn) Using "color of law" to intimidate someone into removing evidence...quite a NASTY little thing, it is. Just don't get caught using it. -Todd ]

(Really, if they actually thought I was guilty, you'd think they'd try a lot harder than this to bring me into some form of a courtroom situation - civil or criminal. Believe me. I want my day in court with these people. I'm not hiding, anywhere. I'm right here. I'm NOT hard to find.)

UPDATE - December 10, 2014: A little bit of additional research netted information confirming that Matthew Enyedi, husband of Angei Enyedi, worked at Lender Processing Services, Inc. This answers the question of WHO was doing the research from that company.
