[ ...More hits from the City of Tallahassee, today; and then some apparent communication between the City and someone else - probably Paul Eakin, himself; or if not, then someone else "City-level" who then decided to call NWS-JAX and notify them of the existence of my blog and that it mentions some NWS employees, too. But I guess they're not aware that some people in Jax were already aware and that they've repeatedly been checking my blog for over the past year. Angie has already seen my blog and she spent DAYS perusing it from top to bottom, and then again and again. The reactions seen in this new IP log seem to show a renewed interest, suggsting someone different at JAX is looking at it. Thus, if you eliminate Angie, it has to be Al or Steve. And I'm more likely to think it would be Al considering what that man has already pulled with me in the past with ACOEM. Anyway... [ ...For some odd reason, my stalker Jeff Capehart is now running his page-checker script/batch file again. (It's an odd self-created batch file that Jeff created which seems to operate from his home, and which seems to be used to check a few pages of mine for file comparison to see if anything new was written about him since his last check. Every time it checks, it checks the exact same web pages, in the exact same order every time, which clues you in that it's a batch file. Also, every time it checks, it confirms or identifies his current IP address for me, so that his tracking tool becomes my own tracking tool. ...A little bit of Sun Tzu again. This is kinda how and why Kevin Mitnik got caught, too.) But this time, it's being run for the second time in a week, where usually it doesn't hit but once every week, or maybe every two weeks; sometimes once a month. It's showing that there's an increased interest all of a sudden. As well, this back-and-forth seems to suggest some sort of possible communication happening between the NWS, or NWS to EM and then to Jeff... -Todd ]

[ ...NOW come hits by the FBI. Considering the keyword searches they're using, I'm going to assume that they're now on the case as a direct result of a call from Al or Steve, who yet AGAIN have no real clue what's going on, and who are apparently jumping to the all the wrong wild conclusions that Todd is harassing Angie (from what he read in my blog), and who I'm sure blew his top and made a rash decision, and contacted the FBI to try to get that asshole Todd to shut up when I'm actually only trying to defend myself. I'm thinking here that Al is making real attempt to try to use his influence to convince the FBI to stifle me, or maybe even to have me arrested for something. I now know Al is capable of this because he'd done this before with ACOEM where he held a meeting about the "problems with Todd and Alachua County SKYWARN" (see blog), asking Dave Donnely to help him in dealing with "the Todd problem." I was denied access to that meeting so that I could not hear what was said about me, or defend myself against any accusations made, or to even know WHO my accusers were. Consequently, the Chief at ACOEM was then made to believe that I was a problem, and without any consult with or to me, both proceeded to blackball me, and ceased cooperating with ALL civilian SKYWARN programs across the entire NWS-JAX County Warning Area. That is, they blamed everything on the CIVILIANS, and took it out on them, because of what the hams down HERE had done. Jax didn't care about researching what was really going on, they jumped to wild conclusions based in great part on the gossip from the hams, and put blame on the person whom they thought "must be" the crux of the problem. Meanwhile, my civil rights were stomped on. I have this gut feeling that Al is about to try to do that yet again to me. What IS it that makes stupid people believe everything that Al is saying without challenge or with any due process applied, and to completely SKIP OVER any contact with me for MY side of the story? AND go straight to under-the-table trial of me and then skipping to SENTENCING like that? Is it that Al is a federal government employee? Well...I AM TOO!!! So how come *I* don't get special favor, too? MY ENTIRE BLOG is about people stalking and harassing me, and the blog itself seems to be completely ignored, while AL on the other hand, seems to have the complete ear and action of the whole world. What the HELL, man? This whole extremely odd behavior in the police forces thing is beginning to piss me off and I'm thinking about contacting the IAD of the FBI soon here if I don't start seeing some apparent REAL LONG READING of my blog as opposed to this "selective reading" BS... ]

[ ...More hits by the FBI today; but yet again, the hits seem all too extremely surgically selective and the blog in itself as a WHOLE seems to be being completely ignored while this agent, whoever he or she is, seems ONLY interested in the occurrences of "Angie Enyedi" and "Steve Letro" within it. This seems to me a little bit like exceptionally single-minded and biased research and I'm ABOUT to call the FBI myself to find out what's going on and to make sure that this agent isn't actually a personal FRIEND of Al Sandrik's who is trying do Al a "favor" and in so doing, practice some sort of a "color of law" violation whereby the agent makes attempt to use harrassing and intimidating threats of legal consequence to to force me to keep my mouth shut about what happened to me. I HOPE that's not what is happening, here. I'm not happy to see these indications and I find it hard to believe that an agent can witness an entire BLOG of repeated mentions of all SORTS of federal crimes practiced by people in City, County, State, and Federal government - only to go right on BY all that stuff and select ONLY those occasions where "Steve Letro" and "Angie Enyedi" are mentioned, while completely IGNORING what is even being SAID about them, too. DEFINITELY ready to make complaint, here. This is very odd behavior for the FBI - an agency which is supposed to be so much more thorough and unbiased in its investigating. That's why I suspect there's something going on, here. So I'm indeed of the thinking that this agent is either a friend of Al's, or someone acting on REQUEST of a friend of Al's. But I WILL find out. Of ALL the weird log entries that I've seen over the past two years, THESE...are definitely the strangest. In fact...kinda shocking to witness these weird hits live. Downright scaring me to death, really. WTF. Why isn't anybody contacting ME? It's not like I'm hiding or unavailable... -Todd ]

[ ...Were these hits by Jeff Capehart to check to see where all of the occurrences of the illicit/fake/forged Yahoo Alachua County SKYWARN page links were on the AC-EMCOMM pages so that he could remove them - because someone told him that the FBI was involved? I've been complaining about those damned links for YEARS and Dave Donnelly refused to do anything about it! Suddenly, now the FBI gets involved and NOW they want to do what I ask and remove all those damned links?????? Why the sudden importance in removing all those links to the fake AC-SKYWARN page that Melissa Royce created on the AC-ARES pages? They're trying to cover up evidence of all the harassments by Melissa I suppose so as to avoid serious trouble for Dave and ACOEM - because I'd asked and they'd refused for years. Nopw there's an FBI investigation and suddenly everyone wants to clean house to that everything looks nicey-nice. Sounds like someone contacted Jeff with a heads up that the FBI was involved (I'm sure it was Dave Donnelly) and he's now going around trying to clean some things up and cover his butt and EM's. I think someone tipped him off, here, that "something was about to go down"... (Over the past few years, I've made numerous attempts to get Alachua EM to remove the links to a false Alachua County SKYWARN Yahoo page that was maliciously created by Melissa Royce; but to no avail. Dave Donnelly always ignored me. It seems now, SUDDENLY, with word of the FBI apparently being involved, that Jeff Capehart has apparently been instructed to check all the links and make sure they are removed. I say JEff because Dave sure as hell isn't bright enough to handle that stuff. Interesting that years later with an FBI invrstigation that the Alachua County Office of Emergency Management suddenly "remembers" this years later and instructs Mr. Capehart to do it. This implies also that Dave has apparently made Mr. Capehart the sysop of the EM page. This entire thing is very interesting to watch.) -Todd ]

[ ...Was this lonely morning hit by Al to check to see if my blog had been taken down, yet, or something? I'm calling the IAD department of the FBI today and complaining. That's it. I've HAD it with this. This is going too far. And WHY do so MANY of the bad guys seem to know what's going ON, too...EXCEPT me??? This is enough. I've had it. I'm contacting the FBI and filing complaints. That's not right. Obviously these people aren't willing to play by the rule of the law and they're apparently attempting to circumvent the law and yet again take "shortcuts" with my case under the table and I'm not happy about that. If I get some sort of restraining order served to me over my blog WITHOUT any prior contact with me first, I'll know that that's what's happening. If that HAPPENS, though, I'm going to make accusations of color of law violations - using harassment and scare tactics to try to shut me up while simultaneously ignoring my own complaints entirely and taking NO action on my case where they SHOULD be. Al seems to have complete run of all aspects of government and I'm amazed at how easilly he's able to manipulate them, here. This agent is checking out ONLY those pages where Steve and Angie are mentioned and he seems to be deliberately IGNORING the rest of it. The IP logs show just about ZERO amount of time spent actually READING the blog. I want answers and I'm going to GET them... -Todd ]

[ PERSONAL NOTE: I now definitely believe that something which started in TLH spread to NWS-JAX, and that what I was witnessing lately was an attempt by Al or someone in NWS-JAX to contact the FBI and try to get them to believe that by mention of some NWS employee's names in my blog (i.e., federal government employees), he would be able to make an accusation of "stalking" against me and at least get a restraining order against me or something. HOWEVER, I think what actually HAPPENED was...they asked him one VERY important question: "Is anything that Mr. Sherman is saying in his blog TRUE?" Not being able to say no, the next thing the FBI agent probably said was, "...Well then you just don't have a case. If you've indeed been doing what he says you've been doing then you've actually violated a number of city, state, county, and federal laws and he could press charges of stalking and harassment against YOU, not to mention civil suits ranging along the slander spectrum. So our best advice to you is...just let it go, and HOPE he isn't able to acquire enough tangible evidence to use AGAINST you in the future." And that probably ended that. I called the Roanoke FBI office yesterday, the division which would have had officers in the "Bridgeport" area, and the agent on the phone advised me that if any investigations of me were going on - he would know about it, and he's not aware of ANY such activity going on. So this is very odd. I have a suspicion that the agent was spoofing me and trying to cover up getting caught at something. He's probably Al's friend. Feels just like the Detective Mayo situation to me. If true then the agent is using FBI resources to investigate someone who is not actually under a real investigation. That's a whole lotta trouble there for someobody.]

SUBSEQUENT HITS BY THE FBI

[ ...FBI researching me again. Interestingly, this came from no previous referral pages. They were direct hits without the use of a search engine. This is a guy who seems to have had a random thought to re-check the blog to see if the blog was still there years later, I guess. Eventually this dumb ass is going to actually come across these publicized IP logs and he's gonna have a heart attack when he realizes that as a kinda clumbsy "watcher" that he himself is being watched and is leaving me an evidence trail that I can use to catch him... ]

HITS FROM THE UNITED STATES NAVY

NAVY-related hits to my web pages. Some are obviously connected to investigation of my harassment blog. Likely friends of Al Sandrik.

These were kinda creepy to finally recognize because they'd been happening for quite a while BEFORE the FBI hits and I didn't realize the connection until later in the game. I mean, what the hell is the United States NAVY doing getting involved in this? Techincally, and legally, it's not even their jurisdiction or business, actually. Apparently, Al must have been currying the favor of some friend or friends not just in the FBI, but also in the Navy to help him out by using their resources to investigate me, or at least to gather information with on the sly.

It was after Al Sandrik had bragged during a spotter training class in 2012 that he had past employment in the Navy with "Naval Criminal Justice" that I put two and two together.

I know that the FBI hits originated from a tiny little satellite office located in Bridgeport, Virginia. I also know that it's manned by just four men. I don't think that the agent that I talked to on the phone originally meant to give me that information; but he did. Slip of the tongue. He was smart enough to not give me any names, though. Because of Al's own public braggings I now know that Al has past assocations with Naval Criminal Justice. How much you wanna bet that if I could hire a P.I. and have him scout that little FBI outpost, that ONE of those four men will turn out to be an actual past association of Al's. How much you wanna also bet I can use that to show a private (as in hidden from the mainstream FBI business), unsanctionied investigative association going on between Al and a past buddy who now works for the FBI, and that that individual was using FBI resources to conduct such an unnauthorized investigation into someone without the knowledge of FBI upper echolon? Sometimes talking too much like that can really come back to bite you in the fracking ass. As I remember...it was such a rather oddball, really out of place brag, that day, that I thought made no real sense to speak about during a spotter training class. Patience truly is a virtue; and if you sit and wait long enough, the bad guys will eventually accidentally incriminate themselves and give you information that you can use against them. ...Usually through a brag. ...Kevin Mitnik all over again. ...Pride. Fails 'em every time.

Note the Naval hits during and in the months after the FBI hits, too. You can't tell me someone isn't trying to use all possible favors in as many government agencies as possible. Just who the hell does Al really think I AM, here, to be utilizing THIS much powerful resource, and potentially getting so many people in so much trouble for doing these obviously unauthhorized, under-the-table favors? Jesus Christ!

Al obviously did not realize that I could see everything that he was attempting to do AS he was doing it; nor that I was actually logging it all using a third-party company.

...Kevin Mitnick thought he was smarter than everybody else, too - and he eventually got caught.

...As you can see, IP tracking web counters are a awesomely wonderful thing which constantly prove themselves to be very, very useful! I must also admit though, that while extremely frightening to watch happening to me nearly live, it was also EXTREMELY fascinating for me to watch while multiple levels of government and multiple government agencies all worked so hard in tandem to go out of their way to investigate the victim as the criminal and yet did absolutely nothing in the way of any legally accepted due process methods to investigate any of the complaints that I myself had made against others. And ultimately all that did happen was a deliberate circumvention of the normal process of the law and aiding and abetting the criminals in escaping the application of that process of law. ...Interesting if only because normally this kind of stuff wasn't supposed to happen to Joe Average Citizen and there it actually was, happening to me for real. ...Interesting...and scary as hell...all at the same time.
