...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall overnight is likely.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, including the following
  county, Houston and Panhandle Florida, including the following
  counties, Jackson and Washington.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many
  areas of slow moving or standing water. It will take several hours
  for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage
  systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 651 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain fell overnight across the warned area.
    Flooding is likely occurring across portions of the warned
    area. Between 6 and 10 inches of rain have fallen overnight.
  - Flooding impacts are possible and are likely to continue into
    the morning hours.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Marianna, Malone, Cottondale, Greenwood, Bascom, Marianna
    Municipal A/P, Chipola Terrace, Grangeburg, Two Egg, Lovedale
    and Cottondale Airport.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
