...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Florida, including the
  following counties, in northeast Florida, Baker, Clay, Duval,
  Putnam and St. Johns. In northern Florida, Bradford.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 758 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain over the
    area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    warned area. Between 2.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in
    the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Jacksonville, Saint Augustine, Orange Park, Green Cove
    Springs, Starke, Keystone Heights, Fruit Cove, Mandarin,
    Middleburg, Unf, Arlington, Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville
    Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, World Golf Village,
    Saint Augustine Beach, Fleming Island, Switzerland and
    Doctors Inlet.
