MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Panhandle Florida, including the following
  counties, Bay and Gulf.

* WHEN...Until 830 AM EDT /730 AM CDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or
  other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 523 AM EDT /423 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
    rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Panama City, Panama City Beach, Callaway, Springfield, Mexico
    Beach, Tyndall Air Force Base, Parker, Beacon Beach, Bay
    Harbor, Millville, Allanton, Davis Beach, St Andrews State
    Park, Magnolia Beach, Biltmore Beach, Gulf Lagoon Beach,
    Overstreet, West Panama City, Beacon Hill and Edgewater Gulf
    Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
