AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend and Panhandle Florida, including the
  following counties, in Big Bend Florida, Franklin and Liberty. In
  Panhandle Florida, Gulf.

* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT /345 PM CDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 242 PM EDT /142 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
    rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5
    and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Willis Landing, Howard Creek, Fort Gadsden, Buck Siding,
    Dalkeith and Sumatra.
