  Gadsden County in Big Bend Florida...
  Leon County in Big Bend Florida...
  Liberty County in Big Bend Florida...
  Northeastern Gulf County in the panhandle of Florida...

* Until 1215 AM EDT /1115 PM CDT/ Tonight.

* At 614 PM EDT /514 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain
  across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
  begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Tallahassee, Woodville, Quincy, Midway, Tallahassee State College,
  Havana, Florida State University, Florida A and M, Greensboro, Doak
  Campbell Stadium, Chattahoochee, Stonemill Creek, Wewahitchka,
  Orange, Gretna, Bristol, Lake Talquin, Bloxham and Wetumpka.
