Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain has already occurred over many areas remaining in the watch area since Saturday. Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected in most of the watch area, with isolated spots picking up an additional 3 to 4 inches through this evening.
