streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Hurricane Helene will bring an additional 5 to 10 inches of rain, with local amounts to near 15 inches, on top of the 4 to 8 inches some locations already picked up late last night and early this morning. Heaviest amounts are expected from the Forgotten Coast near Apalachicola northward.
