The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Florida, including the
following areas, Coastal Franklin, Coastal Gulf, Coastal Jefferson,
Coastal Wakulla, Gadsden, Inland Franklin, Inland Gulf, Inland
Jefferson, Inland Wakulla, Leon and Liberty and Georgia, including
the following areas, Ben Hill, Berrien, Colquitt, Cook, Decatur,
Grady, Irwin, Lanier, Seminole, Thomas, Tift, Turner and Worth.

The heavy rain threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being
cancelled. However, numerous roads remain flooded across the area.
Use caution traveling and avoid driving through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend Florida, including the following
  areas, Coastal Taylor, Inland Taylor and Madison and south central
  Georgia, including the following areas, Brooks and Lowndes.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Excessive rainfall from earlier and ongoing rains continues
    to cause flooding of roadways and low-lying areas.
