.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate northeast to east winds will
continue during the forecast period, except moderate to fresh in
the Atlantic tonight as the pressure gradient briefly tightens.
A trough that extends from a weak central Atlantic low to the NE
Caribbean in combination with already present abundant tropical
moisture will keep unsettled weather conditions in the region
into the weekend.
