A high pressure is moving into the Atlantic off the coast of the
Carolinas and will be gradually building through the day. This
will result in east to southeast winds increasing through the
morning and afternoon. Moisture will be slowly returning to the
area, leading to increasing rain chances. Best chances for
precipitation will occur Sunday through Monday. The increase in
moisture will also help to keep minimum RH values in the upper 50s
to 60s.
