A weak cold front will pass through the area today, stalling
across the Straits of Florida. This will promote a period of
below-normal rain chances through the weekend. Also, minRH values
are forecast to fall into the 65-75 percent range in spots along
the Island Chain Saturday and Sunday afternoon as drier air arrives in
the wake of the front. 20ft winds will blow from the north around 5 to
10 mph today, becoming light and variable at times over the weekend.
A wet pattern and southerly flow is forecast to return by early next
in response to another deepening trough axis over the Gulf.
