transport winds near 20 mph. There is little relief in sight from
the current moderate drought conditions as rainfall chances are
only around 10% to 20%, but the persistent easterly flow near the
surface should help to keep conditions moist. Relative humidity
values around 90% during the day will only fall to values between
70% and 80% overnight.
