The forecast remains overall unremarkable with typical summertime
hot and muggy weather in place. Minimum RH values anywhere from
60% to 70% will recover to 80% to 90%. Widespread, drenching
rainfalls are unlikely due to a lack of a larger scale lifting
mechanism, but afternoon cloudlines along the island chain as well
as the usual afternoon convection over the mainland will be
enough to trigger some showers and thunderstorms. Light and
variable winds in the lowest levels of the atmosphere will keep
dispersion index values around very poor.
