the Middle and Upper Keys, otherwise, mainly dry conditions
expected to continue. Moisture trapped in the boundary layer will
aid in allowing afternoon min RH values to remain in the 60
percentile and recover overnight to near 90 percent. Southerly
breezes will remain such that dispersion indices will remain in
the poor to fair category.
