through today and tonight. It is likely the stronger activity
will now remain south of the island chain. Outside of convective
influences, winds will generally start light out of the northwest,
shifting northerly today. Winds will try to shift east tonight
and tomorrow, but more likely will be light and variable.
Temperatures will be seasonable with relative humidity remaining
above 50%.
