Mostly dry weather prevails today, though the airmass should gradually moisten thanks to prevailing southeast winds. Pockets of high dispersions are possible around the I-75 corridor this afternoon with an Atlantic easterly seabreeze pushing in from SE GA towards the evening. Sunday's forecast shows an uptick in rain chances focused mostly along and south of the I-75 corridor. A couple of isolated thunderstorms are also possible in the afternoon. Otherwise, high dispersions are expected as winds increase out of the south to SSW. For Monday, eyes will be on a convective line along/ahead of a strong cold front that may be accompanied by strong to severe thunderstorms. Widespread wetting rains appear likely. Pre-frontal winds may be gusty out of the SW, followed by a abrupt shift out of the NW immediately behind the front. Breezy conditions will make for another round of high dispersions.
