.Discussion...
West to northwest breezes will briefly freshen across the Upper
Keys this afternoon. This is due to a weak front boundary that is
slowly marching south and will keep ample moisture in place.
Scattered showers will develop near and pass over the Keys at
times today but likely will not reach the criteria of a wetting
rain. Relatively drier air will filter in behind the front
leading to a brief reduction in rain chances. In addition,
afternoon RH values will hold in the 50s to 60s this afternoon
fall into the 50s and briefly upper 40s Friday afternoon. Lastly,
winds are expected to go light and variable on Friday, leading to
low dispersion indices.
