.Discussion...
A shallow plume of Saharan Air Layer (SAL) will gradually exit the
region to the west by this evening. Aside from the morning
outbreak of showers, this SAL will limit rain chances for much of
the day. Despite the drier air moving through, minimum afternoon
RH values will hold in the 60 percentile and recover into the
lower 80s overnight. Light to gentle southeast breezes will keep
dispersion indices above 20 this afternoon. However, potentially
light and variable winds on Wednesday could lead to dispersion
indices falling below 20.
