.Discussion...
A moist air mass in place will keep the environment primed for
showers, but we just need a source of lift. This may come in the
form of outflows from afternoon convection along the mainland, or
from southwesterly near surface winds triggering a reverse
cloudline. Either way, this is to say that the environment is low
predictability, but we could see a few isolated instances of
shower activity along the island chain. Overall, winds will remain
light and variable due to high pressure remaining dominant over
the area. The next opportunity for appreciable rain chances
doesn't look like it will be until the middle of next week.
