High pressure off the Carolinas will continue to promote mainly
fresh easterly breezes through tonight. As the high drifts further
out into the western North Atlantic through Thursday, expect
diminishing breezes. Nil rain chances are expected today.
Increasing moisture tonight and Thursday will lead to rising rain
chances. Min RH values today will be in the lower 50s percent and
mid 50s percent on Thursday with max RH only recovering to near 80
percent overnight. This will lead to high dispersion indices
today.
