Dry air will continue to dominate across the Florida Keys,
maintaining near nil rain chances through at least the first part
of the weekend. Transport winds will be light, generally out of
the north through Friday night, then clocking around to the east
to southeast by Saturday. Dispersion indices today and tonight
will remain in the poor category. Despite the dry conditions,
minimum relative humidity values will remain at or just under
60%, limiting fire concerns. A batch of scattered showers will be
possible Sunday through Monday across the Keys, but total rainfall
amounts will likely be light at most locations, limiting relief
in the progressively growing drought conditions.
