near nil rain chances through the next several days. Winds will
be generally trending downward through midweek with a period of
light and variable winds possible towards the end of the week.
Dispersion indices today and tomorrow will remain in the poor- to-
fair category but may fall into the poor category later this
week. Min RH values in the lower 60s percent this afternoon and
again Wednesday, with good RH recoveries overnight.
