Dry air will remain entrenched across the Keys for today and
tonight. Moisture will begin to increase Wednesday leading to
slight chance returning to the forecast along the Island Chain. An
expansive high pressure system will traverse across the eastern
United States through mid week. This will result in windy
conditions for today and tonight, becoming breezy for Wednesday
and Wednesday evening as breezes slowly slacken. Breezes further
slacken Wednesday night as the high moves into the western North
Atlantic and weakens modestly. Min RH values are expected to be in
the lower 60s percent today and in the lower 60s percent for
Wednesday with good RH recovery overnight to near 100 percent.
