RADAR-Detector Laws

* MSRDL  logo and banner, 3-D `piano-key' bubble buttons, and really bad, el-cheapo U.S. maps by Todd L. Sherman using Adobe Photoshop 5.0, the full capabilities of which I'm still in the process of learning.

* MSRDL icon  in the MSIE Favorites and in MSIE addressbar by Todd L. Sherman and created using 10-day shareware trial version of IconForge, by Cursor Arts.

* The Popular Communications magazine cover and a scan of a page within the June, 2000 edition are used by the permission of Popular Communications, with my grateful thanks.

* Muquit Counter. This counter is used on some of my subpages to count separate hits to those pages. It is also used on ALL pages to display the time at the left in the navbar. More infromation on this counter can be had at Muhammed Muquit's Counter site.

* FXWeb Counter. This counter is used on my main front page. It was an impressive looking counter, I thought, which offered extra information. More infromation on this counter can be had from www.fxweb.com. Unfortunately, the FXWeb server tends to go down more often I'd like, and when it's down, it's down for quite a while - usually for a minumum of a whole week. As well, contacting the server admin has so far always proven fruitless. When it's WORKING, though - it's not a bad counter. I currently use this as a secondary / backup counter.

* Nedstat Counter. This is another counter which offered even more stats than the FXWeb counter, and which was small and unobtrusive. I added it to the main page. For more information, visit www.nedstat.com.

* Much thanks to all the users of the comp.lang.javascript newsgroup for help with some of the javascript coding on this page. A very helpful resource. If ever you have a JS question, ask it there.

* Java Script Calendar used at top of main page by Eugene Vassiltsov, and obtained from Website Abstraction.

* The Java Hiller TextScroller  marquee scroller at the top of the main front page is free and can be found WebApps to go.

* Uncatchable Button script used in warning.html  by Craig Casey (craig_c_11@hotmail.com), and obtained from WebsiteAbstraction

* The frame breakout script (prevents others from holding your site inside their own frames) comes from Website Abstraction, with my grateful thanks. I hate it when other people so "hijack" other sites like that. (It also has the added nice side effect of preventing other sites from placing banner spam ads/logos above your site, too - since they no longer have control of your site.) Visit the Website Abstraction site for many useful JavaScript code ideas.

* The Referrer Checker scripts (version I  used on front page, version II  used on all my subpages) obtained from Website Abstraction.

* The more basic No Right-Click script was found at BillyBear4Kids.com, to whom, I'm grateful.

* The newer No-Right-Click script (that I am experimenting with at this moment on some pages) was obtained from Nem5 Awards Program at www.webmaggic.com, with my grateful thanks. (05/19/2002 - This one seems to be kinda buggy on my pages. It may be variable name conflicts. I'm not sure. But, for example, it throws up the clickable warning twice, and produces TWO repeat popup windows of my copyright notice. I've not been able to figure out what the problem is, and so I'll likely remove it.)

* The "T" font on the main page comes from ().
